Ghiringhelli's Fundraisers guides you through your
fundraising event every step of the way!
Through a team effort, group members offer pizza, cookie dough and pretzels to their family and friends. Excitement can be generated through a kick-off rally and a creative prize program.
| PLANNING SESSION: Consultation with your group to arrange set-up times and dates, cover letters, and prize programs. Publicity is implemented before and during your fundraiser. | ||
| KICK-OFF: A fun rally is held, if desired. Order forms and cover letters are distributed and the prize program is announced. 10 TO 14 DAY SALE: Group takes orders from family, friends, relatives and coworkers. END-OF-SALE: Order forms and money are turned in to sponsor and accounting of money and product tabulations are done. Ghiringhelli's tallies and processes all order forms and then pre-packs each order individually for each seller. |

| DELIVERY & DISTRIBUTION: Products are delivered to a central distribution area (i.e. multi-purpose room). We provide instructions and materials to ensure a swift process for pick-up. Group members deliver pizzas and cookie dough to their supporters. | ||
